Set amid the dark and dusty wastelands of the mind, a woman picks her way through the debris searching for hope, or something like it. With dreams faded and answers running thin, she keeps digging through the past, determined to uncover whatever fragments remain. With God, Granny and the Dog watching closely, she begins to sift through memories, lost stories and half-buried truths. But what might be stirred up in the process?

Do you have a couple of focaíl? Do you use them? We have learned Irish for years- so why can't we speak it? This sharp funny play digs into the gap between classrooms and real life, unpacking the awkward silences, the rote learning and a quiet grief of a language taught but never truly given. Part confession, part rebellion, it asks what we lost along the way, and what it might take to find our voices again.
